Pros
Management's actually amd I'm not exaggerating, understanding. Most were techs before managing and even some of our Dispatch folks were techs. They know what we go through and if you don't bs them they'll will genuinely have your back. I haven't had a Jon in the oast similar to this. Usually it's some snot nosed kid flaunting a degree and minimal experience with managing bit we don't have 1 manager that I don't trust would back me up if I was right.
Cons
Unset start times. Each route could start in your city or even an hour away. If you alwa6s wake up at 5 you won't have an issue. But if you're a lazy butt like me, and like to sleep in then it's a pain in the butt.
