Pros

They pay you. They pay you on time.

Cons

Racist management. Under continuous investigation for breech of employee code of conduct. Poor performance is rewarded, while those in compliance are punished. Examples: Directions sent out to team members to complete last minute spreadsheets, or keep up to date with admin, but everything is dependent on access to the shared drive, which is conveniently disconnected when it's time to get to work, then staff are punished because they aren't able to complete required tasks which are ordered at the last minute. Management are incompetent, and refuse to support the staff. Example: Last minute directives are sent out to make alterations to admin work, but the files are kept in managements office, and when it's time to get to work, management sits in the office and slanders team members, while the team members try to get into the office to access their paperwork which should be made available upon request. Drugs: Management have been arrested in the past for drugs. They were allowed to remain on the team. This is Saudi Arabia. Do the Saudis know about this? Favoritism/Nepotism: Is it ethical to hire on the basis of religion? It seems to be okay with this company. It seems that if you want to turn your classroom into a mosque and preach to Allah rather than complete work objectives, then go ahead. If you try to do your job correctly you will be scrutinized by the management who know nothing about how to accomplish work objectives. Not loyal to US Citizens: Example: This past year, 2019, over 20 US Citizens were fired/laid off, and replaced by British instructors who know nothing about US Culture, or the Defense Language Institute American Language Course, yet they are supposed to prepare Saudi Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to go to the United States for training. Some of these instructors aren't even British originally. They come from disenfranchised and unstable societies, and they can't speak English properly, or they have poor qualifications, yet they have replaced highly qualified and competent U.S. Citizens, which is exactly what the client has asked for. Breech of security for Department of Defense material: Example: The one who handles the testing, has allowed non-US Citizens to access ALCPT material, which has surely landed in the hands of Saudis, thus leading to compromise in validity of test scores. How has this not been noticed? And why is it not being discussed? Why are the the DLI ALCPT materials accessible by non-U.S. Citizens? This is clearly not in compliance with the DLI and Department of Defense. Non-U.S. Citizens were observed opening the safes which hold the ALCPT materials, which are supposed to only be accessed by U.S. Citizens. "Teaching the ALCPT," and ALCPT test booklets, which are supposed to be kept under lock and key, is the way to go with this organization. ALCPT test booklets with answers were seen in classrooms with Saudi cadets studying from them when they were supposed to be locked in the safes. Students were receiving answers in preparation for the real test. This is a complete and total breech of security and against regulations by the Defense Language Institute and again, the Department of Defense. Excruciatingly Toxic Work Environment: Leadership has a track record of bringing down projects in the past due to negligence. Leadership was fired by another major contractor before commandeering this one. Management take pleasure in defaming hard working instructors on the team, for example: passive insults to instructors in front of other managers, starting verbal arguments with instructors in managerial offices, just for the purpose of being spiteful, and entertaining those who are in "the clique." Everyone knows it's a toxic work environment, they all know that it is an environment in which narcissistic and destructive leadership thrives. Why is this allowed to continue? Why has representative of the US Government on the project not said or done anything?

Pros

Supportive team and collaborative environment. The team is always willing to jump in and help when challenges arise. There is a strong sense of camaraderie that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. Teamwork and collaboration are a big part of the culture here. I believe the team dynamic is one of the strongest parts of the company. Great environment to share ideas and learning from one another. Also, the flexible remote work options which helps maintaining a good work-life balance. The company's commitment to flexibility is invaluable—especially during peak project times.

Cons

Communication between departments could improve as the company evolves. While the team is collaborative and has a team-driven mentality, communication isn't always streamlined.

Pros

Wargames were joint and often times included allies and partners; this made the wargame an outstanding environment for experimenting with concepts, as well as preparing the USAF, for future conflicts. BF primarily remained hands off in how the team at Andrews AFB performed their duties--this was a plus in the team's ability to work freely with the primary--the USAF.

Cons

Nothing overly troublesome comes to mind. I do not remember ever meeting David M. West.
