Supportive team and collaborative environment. The team is always willing to jump in and help when challenges arise. I believe the team dynamic is one of the strongest parts of the company. Great environment to share ideas and learning from one another. Communication between departments could improve as the company evolves. While the team is collaborative and has a team-driven mentality, communication isn't always streamlined.

Wargames were joint and often times included allies and partners; this made the wargame an outstanding environment for experimenting with concepts, as well as preparing the USAF, for future conflicts. BF primarily remained hands off in how the team at Andrews AFB performed their duties--this was a plus in the team's ability to work freely with the primary--the USAF.

Nothing overly troublesome comes to mind. I do not remember ever meeting David M. West.
