Pros
There are few companies that provide flexibility when talking about healthy work-life balance. From my experience, BlueForce: *Facilitates a mobile workforce *Leave time accruals are generous, and managers tend to be permissive in approving time off while not making employees justify such request *Flexible working hours are always an option- especially when talking about family or personal matters *And, last but not least, going to work is like visiting family. BlueForce actively addresses work-life conflict, fostering a company culture that helps employees to stay present, productive and engaged.
Cons
* The salary factor is sort of unclear. Disclosing pay ranges have to do with competition but it would be good to see BlueForce wanting better informed consumers. * Communication *Instability due to potential failure to acquire project financing or company acquisition are threats that can act against the employee in any company, but especially for contractors. This cons is more of a cons for the private sector in general.
