Pros

Techs that care and will be loyal to the company even after not receiving adequate raises. A few BCBAs that genuinely care that will put up with the unrealistic demands placed on them. The employees on the ground will stay to help the kids even at their expense and with little to no support.

Cons

Racism (especially at the Kansas City center). Favoritism in corporate leadership. Underpaid. Toxic culture and rife with office politics. HR will fire employees in retaliation for filing complaints against leadership (seriously!). This is why BlueSprig continues to get sued.
