Supportive environment, but pay and communication could improve - Anonymous employee BlueSprig Employee Review

I have been with BlueSprig for nearly six years, and I am proud to be part of an organization with such a meaningful mission. I truly appreciate the work we do each day to support children and their families. Throughout my time here, I have felt valued as an employee and supported as an individual, which speaks to the company's genuine commitment to its team members.

As with any organization, there are ongoing changes and evolving processes. While change can sometimes be challenging and stressful, I recognize that these efforts are intended to improve efficiency and strengthen the company. Ultimately, these changes help BlueSprig continue to grow and better serve both employees and the families we support.

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
