Limited interactions with inspiring clinicians. Local supervisors do not know how to train senior-level clinicians in their role (since they arent BCBAs) but expect them to train themselves with little to no resources, or ever-changing resources (which they don't review with you).
HR does not take claims of harassment or discrimination seriously, no follow up on internal claims, and continued workplace retaliation.
Each office is scraping to get by barely knowing what they are doing. Families and new RBTS suffer and services are inconsistent.
