Communication between management, BCBA's and RBT's is imperative and crucial in order to provide excellent services for the kiddos; this place is very secretive, is horrible at communicating and does not understand the value of teamwork.
The BCBA is underqualified, is horrible at communicating with her RBT's and is inconsistent with her treatment plans- she did not update treatment plans for milestones that were reached on the data collection software so the RBT's were unable to follow the same protocols for each child, causing confusion between both RBT's and the children.
When discriminations and ethical code violations were brought to HR, they dismissed the complaints and diverted the blame on their employees rather than correcting the violations.
They did not provide time for the RBT's to write session notes and mandated that RBT's must write them during a session (is not efficient during sessions..) or to finish them at home, off of the clock.
I could go on, but I'll leave it at that.
