      focus on the quality of care flexibility with treatment plans lots of clinical support lots of CEUs great training departments strong focus on ethics

      Cons

      If you have thought about a case there is a form for that! expect to spend hours every night completing notes. policies change every week with little communication Clinicians are often penalized for not having high quality of care but not given resources or time to do so

      We are glad that you enjoyed the clinical support, training, and quality of ethics we provide. It is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible, and we will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient for all. We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love. We understand that there are always opportunities for growth and improvement. As someone who was with us for several years, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we are consistently looking for new ways to support our employees. Thank you!

      Pros

      - ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

      Cons

      - owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
