Pros

The kids and their families.

Cons

Operations manager = scheduler, recruiter, building maintenance, marketer, culture ambassador, and everything else under the sun. You are expected to do everything and make sense of it when it doesn’t make any. Pay is an absolute joke I’ve been with the company for several years and absolutely no real review or compensation. We are supposed to make the center profitable to earn a bonus when the P&L’s nickel and dime you and subtract paying the corporate office. Too many VP’s of everything! You all are always having to hire because no one will stay. OM’s get zero recognition or any monetary raises, but we are the ones cleaning up vomit, plunging toilets all while everyone gets to make beautiful flip books to add more work to our plate.

Each employee's feedback is valuable to us, so we're sorry to hear about your experience with the workload. We are honored to have the best clinical staff working for the heart of our company and never want anyone to feel burnt out - please reach out to us at hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can discuss further and identify ways to ensure each employee has a positive experience. Pros

Ethics committee, training team supportive, amazing RBTs

Cons

Leadership ACD/CD unethical, lack of transparency, poor communication, lack of knowledge regarding OSHA/company policies/Title 17&22, RBTs expressed concerns not being met by leadership and feelings of discrimination. Pay was not competitive and center was using old school ABA methods and restraints/control methods to support challenging behaviors. Parents were not informed when restraints were used on child.
