Pros

Great team at the clinic level. BCBAs have liberty in creating individualized goals for clients and clinical directors are able to have some liberty on some clinic specific decisions

Cons

Upper management does not communicate well with those working in the clinic settings. High expectations for BCBAs with low reinforcement and pay

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're thrilled to hear about your positive experiences with our team and the autonomy you've had in goal creation and decision-making at the clinic level. Your feedback about communication challenges and concerns with expectations, reinforcement, and pay is equally important to us. We are continuously working to improve our team's experience and will consider your advice regarding leadership changes at the regional level seriously. Thank you for helping us to grow and improve.

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
