I've been here 8 months so I'm still relatively new, but BW Fed has a great corporate culture! President and COO make themselves available to everyone and sincerely care about their employees- we have amazing benefits too. Work isn't easy but it's meaningful and everyone cooperates (no office cattiness). We get perks like free massage day and genuinely fun company parties. I'm in my thirties and BlueWater is by far the most fair and just employer I've ever had.
