We have been successful in growing the company and we are always looking to provide new opportunities for our employees. We now have an online training program that does give people the opportunity to increase/improve their skill sets.

      CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

      The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
