      Pros

      One of the few workplaces where there's truly a positive culture. Collaborative work environment and easy access to upper management. One moment sums up my year at Bluewater: when the ceiling light above me went out and Brian Nault, the company president, climbed up on my desk to fix it. Most presidents of successful tech companies wouldn't do that.

      Cons

      Chantilly can get trafficky, especially during rush hour.

      CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

      The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
