      Great work environment and culture. The upper management is really engaging with everyone in the company. Your input and voice is definitely heard. Everyone makes you feel very welcomed and part of the company. The CEO is also very involved and communicative with the employees.

      Cons

      I didn't have any cons while working for the company.

      Pros

      CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

      The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
