      Working with some very talented beauty advisors occasionally given 50 off certain products (not all) working with niche beauty products

      Cons

      No cleaning staff we had to clean the toilet then apply make up and skin care poor no to little appropriate cleaning supplies . Goal driven sales with an emphasis on up selling and weekly review of your sales nothing is ever good enough They have enhanced video and watch everyone’s move this is used against you. You are often the only person to open and close and staffing is very lean this can be dangerous and challenging at times. Salary is poor PTO and work life balance is terrible insurance and benefits are some of the worst

      Business hours and get to meet some great clients

      Cons

      Lack of recognition for hard workers. No pay increase. Some employees are getting paid 30+ an hour at most stores and complain about a couple of cents from pay increase where people like myself is getting paid $10 less with no pay increase. Full time employees will do the most work more than anyone else, including management. Management also receives the most recognition over the employees that do the most work. This company has been bought out by Macy’s so I don’t think they care to hear what employees have to say.
