Pros
I've been at BPCS just about 2 years. I took a gigantic leap of faith this was the right career move for me and could not be more happy with this decision! In the past 2 years I have grown more professionally than I have in my previous role that I was in for 5+ years. At BPCS you have the opportunity to be innovative, challenge standard practices, and explore opportunities that do not exist in other companies - you not only have the opportunity to do this, you're encouraged to every single day. The leadership team invests in and cares about their teams.
Cons
This is most definitely an entrepreneurial environment. This is not a 'con' but can be if it's not for you. Blueprint employees work hard, really hard on really cool things, but they also celebrate successes as well.
