I will echo some of the statements already made here: -favoritism and narcissistic personalities abound -if you have a problem with the way something is done, you become the problem! -policies that barely exist at all are enforced with militancy. If you're one of the cool kids, don't worry as this doesn't apply to you. -mandatory overtime (although this didn't bother me, personally)
