Company is very secretive about the future decision and what is going on in the headquarter. They take some very awkward moves and it usually it ends up badly for everyone in the floor. Also, lot’s of micromanaging. Every time they offered some “cool” things, soon it’s cancelled for “too many interested and no work getting done” or they will request that you use PTO. Your ideias aren’t important, so why to even try to grow in your position?
