Pros

Good pay, Really nice workmates, Ability to use the newest technologies, No micromanagement, Unlimited vacation (for real). Matching 401k contributions, fully remote.

Cons

I've been here four years and I really love it. We were acquired by private equity two years ago and that, of course, had its scary moments with layoffs. I am almost certain that the bad reviews from the past year are from one company that Bluesight acquired that was unhappy with the transition. If you look before December of 2024 (when this company was acquired) the reviews are much better.
