- Fully remote - No micromanagement - Great people to work with - Well-compensated and appreciated

Cons

It's hard to honestly come up with serious cons. If anything the metric-driven ownership by a PE firm could interfere more, but there's far less north star shifting than at VC-backed companies I've worked at before.
