Pros
The level of flexibility and work-life balance is seriously awesome. It's a great company, especially if you're on the digital marketing team, for those who don't want to be micromanaged and are comfortable running their own book of business. Monthly catered lunches in office, lunch gift certificates for remote employees.
Cons
No 401K, revenue targets that bonuses are tied to are too aggressive and impossible to hit, common issue everywhere - but there's been a lot attrition lately (2020/2021).
