Pros
- The company growth is amazing in terms of product, sales performance and internal growth. It's already doubling the size of employees since I started working a year ago - Great company culture. The HR department is working hard to be more engage with the employees. They have many fun and interactive programs / events that create this positive atmostphere within the company, such as softball/basketball league, healthy lifestyle challenge, etc. - As in many startup culture, the management and especially the CEO are overall very humble and approachable by anyone in the company. Plus they care about the development of employees by providing many training and any helps needed to achieve the company's goal.
Cons
- Nothing much, just need to stock more food, snacks and refreshment as it's gone faster because of more employees added to the company each day.
