      Incredible co-workers and a positive work environment where your opinion is valued. Executives really care about everyone. As frustrating as being a part of a start-up may be, the people really make it all worth it.

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
