      Bluevine encourage her employees to grow and evolve both personally and professionally. The onboarding process was warm , They made me feel like home. Professionally I'm facing challenges and being trusted to get important decisions

      As a startup they should maintain a healthy work life balance. But they know how to reward you for the extra mile

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
