Absolutely NOTHING good to say about Thai company and their policies.

Cons

The owners and HR department are racist against minorities and favor certain people, they are liars and they do NOT know how to deal with Military contractors, they need to NEVER win another Contract with the military, they fired a lot of us with NO reasoning and even tried to stop our Unemployment cheques, seriously! The worst Contract company we have been with in the over 30yrs of working on the Air Force Bases! They all terrible people to work for!

Overall, the company is a great organization to work for, with a meaningful mission, vision, and values. However, be cautious when working in the Family Support Services Division or Workforce Development Division. These divisions lack knowledgeable leadership, are not purpose-driven, and show a lack of empathy towards the individuals they support. Additionally, they often fail to provide adequate guidance, proper training, or coaching to support the team, leading to extreme burnout. Furthermore, there have been concerns regarding the Vice President's leadership style/ experience, resulting in extremely high staff turnover.
