Pros
1. The pay is decent for the 30 mile radius, not including Fargo. 2. Plant manager is one of the better ones in the company.
Cons
1. Total Rewards "package" is bad. A lot of useless perks to individuals. 2. Work life balance is not great. You are looked down upon if you work the minimum hours. 3. Old work model ran by old mentality from directors. 4. Lacking real internal innovation. 5. Managers and managers above managers are inexperienced and have little knowledge versus the amount they should have. 6. HR or People Partners. 7. Advancement is difficult. It's all about how well you know people, or "suck up" to your manager or his/her manager. 8. Too many office jobs that are not needed. Managers sit at their desks all day in meetings and provide no tangible value to the company. 9. Too many managers. There should not be managers on top of managers or "Sr." 10. Listen to the customer not the dealers. Listen to the social media. 11. Very cliquey!
