Pros
Large corporate. Billing is most important. Donoffer reasonable benefits for employees as 591 k match multiple health insurance offerings and pay half 401 k I think they added a match this year. They want things to run and no trouble. Protect the leaders even if some unethical things happen. Numbers are important not people . Hands off let local administrators run things. Job is pretty easy. Good vacation and free time.
Cons
Billing and profit is number one. Only interested that compliances met for billing not that interested in quality of care
