      None unless I consider that I'll be leaving soon

      Cons

      Very incapable management all the way through leadership.....few truly experienced employees left.....many older experienced and higher paid employees being forced out.....many orgs no longer giving any raises for the older employees....younger folks not being promoted because of caps on the number of employees now "allowed" at the top two pay grades

      Pros

      For context, I work on the defense side. The work is really fun and exciting with a lot of opportunities to grow. My team is close knit, supportive, and very passionate. Being a part of a union means paid overtime, which is really unusual for software.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. I often work weekends and have pulled 60-80 hour weeks many times. PTO is bare minimum. I have a lot of fun at work, but if I'm putting in startup-level effort, I should not be making well below market rate.
