Pros
The company management is rebounding from some bad years of poor stewardship/lack of accountability in the executive suite. There are some fantastice employment opportunities coming up within the company - but depending on your field the compensation may not match industry standards (specifically for high tech fields like s/w engineering & design). That said, a Boeing career can be exceptionally rewarding.
Cons
Processes are still slow to change, and the mindset shift needed for 21st century work is still not where it should be in the year 2022.
