Pros

Maybe brand name. Honestly, not much since this company has gone through so many scandals and irresponsible behaviors.

Cons

I was part of the Boeing rotational program for finance back then. I honestly did not tell this story during my time there for fear of retaliation. The co-workers that worked there were ex-military and extremely white male dominated. I was one of two minorities on that floor at the time. It was terrible. There was very little training and guidance and the systems were outdated. They even resorted to data entry and printing out documents at that time. I remember that one of the roles that I needed to do was highlight a stack of 200 pages of information and then report on them. When suggestions of optimizing the process came up, I was yelled out. If it wasnt done the way that that manager wanted, she would lash out and verbally harass me. To this day, I wish I spoken to HR on this toxic workplace. Avoid at all costs this location in Fairfax. I have countless other examples of this behavior as well. Another example was how the manager blocked my move into another division in which I had done and built good connections for. If you are not white and male, it is tough to survive in this toxic environment.

Pros

Benefits are great, if you work in defense you have a 9/80 schedule which gives you 26 more 3 day weekends, and I have a hybrid schedule on top of 22 days of PTO a year to start.

Cons

You may have to work odd hours and there can sometimes be a lot of scheduling pressure. They don't train you very well for the jobs you will actually be doing, and each team does things very differently so it's hard to gain deeper knowledge of different skills.
