Pros
Clearly there are still people that care about the engineering here. It’s great once you get into the culture and the pay is above market, plus the 10% 401k match is excellent for industry.
Cons
The leadership is better standard. While the upper management seems committed to changing this they haven’t taken the necessary steps to improve the leadership quality at all levels. Execs are not seen on the floor in a meaningful capacity, this comes from my experience presenting to executives on a monthly basis - on the floor.
