Cons
This company is very political. They favor more of the commercial side and crap on the BDS side. They will cut your bonus and give it to the commercial side. The pay for the same position on the commercial side is double the BDS side. BDS ( Boeing Defense). They need to make the playing field even. They're losing ton have great people. If you file a complaint with HR good luck they have over 1000 tickets in line. I waited over a month for my issues to be swept under the rug by HR. My Manager discriminated against me and had all the proof not a thing was done about it. I was invited to the round table with the Director over my teams. It was suppose to be about our team and issues we had. Instead it was some story about him lol, then he looks at all of us and threatens us with none of you have problems with leadership right. LOL what a joke! extremely unprofessional.
