Pros
Offer good benefits, Safe, Clean, Enviroment, training, cross-training, promotes from within, vacation package, open door policy, personally I love it. Those are just my feelings. There is a lot to be learned, room for positive creativity. Great opportunities for Advancement regardless of your nationality.
Cons
Personally I don't feel their are any. The schedule may not be what some others may prefer. Staffing issues creating overtime is an issue. Employee recognition Hispanics not receiving the proper help on getting their papers legally. Also helping make sure Hispanics understand the benefits and other opportunities so they don't miss out on anything that may help them or their families.
