      Management will not tell you the truth year after year they tell you yo have to improve every year to move up with no intention of moving you ahead.

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
