Administrative Assistant - Anonymous employee Boldt Employee Review

There was a lot of turnover. No formal training. I was shown a few things and left to figure it out. Several people in leadership roles would hardly come into the office, and when they did, they complained about commuting and having to be there. The culture was very awkward and I saw no demonstration of teamwork. My direct supervisor was miserable everyday they couldn't work from home and although in charge, had zero patience or desire to manage with people. They loved their benefits and ability to not have to come into work and it was obvious they hated everything and most of the people in there.
