Lack of focused project procurement, safety is a great thing but Boldt cripples its field personnel with uneeded paperwork causing lack of productivity, top leadership needs to retire/move on and let the new leadership do new things, old way of doing business is gone Boldt needs to embrace that, ESOP really just replaced what the 401k match was so zero improvement on that benefit, seem to lack the ability to recognize good talent, salary is average and not consistent throughout the company.
