Decent pay for the area

Cons

Extremely dangerous work environment, production will always trump safety and you are simply a body to fulfill a job. Upper management does not want safety at this site and they do not care if you get hurt or killed. The site manager is reckless and should have retired about 15 years ago. The condition of most of the equipment on site is deplorable and the lack of care is astonishing.

Great Managers and laid back atmosphere that helps work flow. Very good at setting a time frame and handling the work flow down the ladder.

Cons

Not a set standard on certain steps so there’s a lot of back in forth

Small and agile, able to flex into new opportunities, open for growth, endless chances to demonstrate your usefulness, good wages, flexible schedule, family owned, family friendly for medical appts and other life events.

Cons

Slow to turn the ship, staff turnover, cultural struggles between organizations, newer to certain markets, resistant to certain new ideas.
