Pros

I've been at the company about a year and am still thoroughly enjoying my time. Everyone I work with is down to earth, intelligent, and helpful. I've learned so much so far and can't wait to learn more. The work life balance is pretty great too. Bolton and Menk is employee owned and I hope it remains that way.

Extremely warm and friendly culture with a great work-life balance and flexibility. Great for networking and getting hands on experience in any area you are interested in!

Cons

Depending on the team, the work can feel repetitive at times, and the office environment may feel fairly subdued. It may be better suited for those who prefer a slower-paced workplace.
