      Some degree of spirituality at the staff level

      Cons

      Leaders that undermine, avoid conflict, lack integrity, tell the CEO what they want to hear to hold on to their positions rather than the truth about problems. Clinical s taff that is overworked and burned out. Nurses are sacred being promoted and protected even if they are woefully incompetent.

      Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
