      Pros

      Retention bonus, great benefits, easy commute/parking. Faith based healthcare with leadership that cares about all staff. Clean, well maintained facility.

      Cons

      Miserable, unfriendly co-workers, extremely fast paced to the point of disregarding needs of staff. Vacation time granted then (tried) to take away because "someone else needed it". 40 hours not guaranteed but sometimes OT is required.

      Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
