      Really great colleagues that deliver exceptional patient care.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed drastically and it looks like they are trying to get rid of most of the really good people to save money. I believe they are looking to be bought.

      Cons

      Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
