Pros
competitive pay,easy to use PTO,health incentives when using bon secours facilities example $10 copay for urgent care. Easy to obtain money on health spending account which can be used for any medical expense.
Cons
Its hard to move up, feels like most position changes are lateral. Working here its all in who you know. Limited OT. Seems as if the company always has budget cuts.
