Disappointed in leadership - Anonymous employee Bon Secours Employee Review

The administration and leadership was inconsistent and often lacked follow-through. More concerning was that some members seemed willing to engage in some deceptive behaviors that didn't seem consistent with the values and ideals of a Catholic organization. In short there seemed to be a disconnect between the mission and values professed, and the actions toward and treatment of some people in the organization.
