Pros
No one will follow up with you or set any clear goals. Great place to work if you like to coast and hide in the cracks of mismanagement. The staff is great but there is a big gap in the management to employee relationship.
Cons
Management is sleeping and or does not know what you do or how to do it. There are no systems in place for anything and the ones that are in place are violated by management so why would the employees care.
