Pros

Telehealth opportunities, online wellness program, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Model of compensation heavily dependent on volume, expected to work at home to finish work, holidays come out of ATO -not a separate benefit, low salary for support staff so hard to keep or hire for clinics, top heavy with administration , push to use Richmond facilities which many pts have no transportation to, outpatient social work services only to pts with certain chart color code indicating their insurance, heavy emphasis on Catholic tenets so lots of prayers, crosses, not allowed to order artificial birth control of any kind, not interested in hiring new NP graduates or older workers.
