Pros

Teamwork and patience with new grads/ learning. Night shift charge RNs helpful and knowledgeable (for the most part). Paid well, with ok-ish benefits. Good training program.

Cons

Cliques, staffing shortages, and a few rude doctors. For every rude MD that's mean, there's another that's kind. Faulty equipment and low acuity. Frequent rude/mean/aggressive patients as well.

Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
