Faith based company. Fair amount of charity work in community. Benefit package in line with competitors. Some items are even better than. Lots of employee to employee support. Tuition assistance to those below a salary threshold. Tuition reimbursement to those at or above threshold.

Cons

Mid level managers not well versed on particular assignments.

Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
