      multiple local locations, love my coworkers on my specific team, great place to work if going for PSLF, pay is pretty fair and top of range for acute care setting in RVA

      Cons

      don't even think about a bonus or raise that will even begin to cover inflation, a lot of bureaucracy and glass ceilings coming from upper management, cost cutting is rampant

      Poor incentive plan for referrals that is unobtainable. Constant changes due to the rapid acquisition of other agencies
