Pros
New Facility. Love the gym next door. Employee engagements are fun. The pay is good for a call center
Cons
Training is not consistent. Also, team leaders should be on the phones just as well as everyone else to help the volume of calls also, there were only certain teammates who were getting picked on constantly. One of the team leads were late and never got reprimanded for it.
